take your orders and field your questions. Once you’ve established an
account with us you can place your orders directly online at our
user-friendly customer center. Your customer service representative will
enter all the details of your delivery into our state-of-the-art computer
system and relay your order to one of our agents at our Dispatch Center.
Dispatch
– Our dispatchers are experienced in handling even the most
complex logistics and delivery challenges quickly and confidently. They
also have a thorough working knowledge of our current delivery
infrastructure. Moments after receiving your order, your dispatcher is
focused on getting your job completed on time. Password protected customer
web-access also allows you to track your orders from any computer,
providing detailed reports and real-time updates of pick-up and delivery.
Delivery – While Priority Express can deliver a
shipment as small as an envelope, we also fulfill large deliveries with
cargo van and truck services to suit your needs. After your delivery
arrives, you’ll receive an automatic proof-of-delivery by your choice
of e-mail or fax.
Priority
Express provides both On-Demand and Scheduled Service, including:
- 2-Hour Rush – Two-hour delivery
from the time of call until delivery.
- Daily, Weekly or Monthly – Your shipment is
picked-up and delivered at your request.
- Routed – Your order is
picked-up and delivered on a predetermined route and schedule.
- First Flight Out – Your order is
picked-up, put on the first flight out to your specified location
anywhere in the world.
- On Board – Your package is
physically monitored and hand-delivered per your specifications.
- Medical Deliveries – Priority Express is
HIPAA and OSHA compliant.
